mDash MQTT frontend cannot get a connected

In my mDash account, there is no “publish button” displayed:

Is there anything to do for a connection?

Apparently the web MQTT client cannot connect. Could you assist in debugging that please?

1. What’s the browser you’re using, on which OS (Windows, Mac, Linux?)
2. Could you open the developer tools on your browser, the “Console”, refresh the page and see if there are any errors popping up, please. This is an example for Chrome:

3. If you’re not using Chrome, could you try Chrome browser please?
