No device appear on mDash dashboard

Hi, previously I can connect my device to dashboard and appeared online. But suddenly it is missing. Under account tab it shows i have 3 devices.

Looks like a bug in a devices view!
Can you please:

1. Clear browser’s cache
2. Open “developers console”
3. Switch to the “Devices tab”
4. See if any errors pop up on on the “Console”
