Username case sensitivity

Hey Cesanta:

A few of our customers have discovered the hard way that mDash usernames are case sensitive. For example, if you register as john.smith@example.com and later attempt to login as John.Smith@example.com mDash will treat these as two different account usernames.

The auto-capitalization ‘feature’ on most phones makes this a rather common occurrence.

Can the mDash backend be updated so that usernames are not case sensitive?

A change has been pushed to make a case-insensitive comparison during customer login, please verify.

Thanks for looking at this. Unfortunately I do not see a change in behavior. I have tried several existing accounts and email addresses remain case-sensitive.
